RagForge AI is built for businesses that win customers through their website and phone — across the UK, the US and the GCC, in English and Arabic. No. If you can copy and paste, you can install RagForge AI. It's a single script tag placed before the closing body tag of your site.
RagForge AI works on any website where you can add a script tag, including WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, Squarespace, Wix and custom sites built with frameworks such as Next.js. There is no plugin to maintain: one snippet loads the chat and voice widget.
Set-up has three steps: create your agent, train it on your website pages and PDFs, then paste one script tag into your site. From then on visitors can chat or talk to the agent, and you follow conversations, leads and meetings in your dashboard.
The agent answers from your own business content: the website pages you point it at and the PDFs you upload. Answers are grounded in what you actually sell rather than generic AI knowledge, and you can retrain it whenever your content changes.

AI website chat is a text conversation; website voice AI is a spoken, real-time conversation in the browser. Both use the same agent and the same business knowledge. Chat is in the 30-day free trial and every plan; website voice is included on Pro and Business.
No. Website voice runs in the browser: the visitor taps Call in the widget and allows the microphone. There is no app to install and no phone number to dial.
Yes. From your dashboard you can ask to join any live chat or voice conversation. The AI asks the visitor for consent first, then a member of your team takes over with the full conversation history, and the AI can resume afterwards.
Yes, on Pro and Business. When a visitor shows interest the agent collects their contact details, and the lead appears in your dashboard linked to the conversation. It can also offer times from the availability you set; it confirms the booking in the chat with an add-to-calendar file that includes your meeting link, and you get an email with the details.
Yes. The agent answers chat and voice conversations 24/7, including evenings, weekends and public holidays, so visitors in other time zones get an answer too. Your team can join live conversations whenever they are online.

Yes. RagForge AI greets every website visitor, answers questions from your business information, takes contact details, books meetings and passes conversations to your team — by chat or by voice. On the Business plan the same agent can also answer inbound phone calls.
Yes, on the Business plan. You buy or connect a phone number in the dashboard and point it at your agent, which answers inbound calls in English or Arabic using your business knowledge. A teammate can take over a live call. Phone numbers are available in the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom.

Yes. The widget tells visitors they are chatting with an AI assistant and that a member of your team may join, and voice calls start with a notice before the conversation begins. RagForge AI never presents the agent as a human.

Yes. The same agent chats and talks in English and Arabic and replies in the language the visitor uses, from the same business knowledge. It serves bilingual businesses across the GCC as well as Arabic-speaking customers in the UK and the US.
RagForge AI serves businesses across the United Kingdom, the United States and the GCC, including Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates. It is operated by RAGFORGE AI LTD, a company registered in England and Wales, and website chat and voice work wherever your visitors are.
Data & privacy
No. RagForge AI does not use the content of chats, calls or documents to train AI models, and neither do its AI providers: training and data sharing are switched off, and providers process conversation content only to produce a reply, transcript or voice.
Chat and call transcripts are deleted 90 days after the conversation. Call recordings, available on the Business plan and made only when you turn recording on, are deleted automatically 45 days after the call. Visitor activity is deleted after 90 days, and visitor IP addresses are never shown to you.
Conversation content is never used to train AI models, transcripts and recordings are deleted on a fixed schedule, and your team works with role-based permissions. A data processing agreement is part of the Terms of Service, and full details are in the Privacy Policy.

RagForge AI starts with a 30-day free trial of AI website chat (2,000 messages, no card). Paid plans are Pro (£19/month launch price: website voice, lead capture, booking, live visitors, human takeover and analytics) and Business (£79/month launch price: adds the AI phone agent, call recording and API access). The widget stops replying until you move to a paid plan — your settings and data remain safe. To continue, contact us and we will set up Pro (£19/mo) or Business (£79/mo), both billed monthly.
No — there is no annual plan, and every plan is billed monthly. The crossed-out figure is the regular monthly price and the lower one is a temporary launch price: Pro is £19/month instead of £29, Business £79/month instead of £94. Customers who join at the launch price keep it for as long as they stay subscribed, even once the regular price applies to new customers.
No card required. The 30-day free trial includes AI website chat; website voice, lead capture, meeting booking, live visitors, human takeover and analytics come with Pro and Business.
Nothing extra is charged. RagForge AI has no per-minute or per-message fees: each plan includes a monthly allowance (Pro 60 voice minutes and 15,000 messages, Business 300 minutes and 25,000 messages). When an allowance runs out, that feature pauses until the next month or until you move to a higher plan.
Yes. Email support@ragforgeai.com to cancel at any time; your plan stays active until the end of the period already paid and you are not charged again. You can also ask for a full refund within 14 days of any payment.
