What is proactive website engagement?
It means reaching out to a visitor who is already on your site, for example on your pricing page, with a message that opens a conversation instead of waiting for them to click the chat button.
Can visitors choose between chat and voice?
Yes. One widget offers both: visitors can type, or tap Call to talk to the agent in the browser. Voice is included on Pro and Business.
Does live visitor tracking show personal data?
Live Visitors shows the page, journey, approximate city and country and an intent level, not a name unless the visitor shares it. Visitor IP addresses are never shown to you, and visitor activity is deleted after 90 days.
